For most days, absolutely not! Fayoraa is designed to hold up to 50ml of flow (that’s roughly 3-4 pads worth). If you have an exceptionally heavy flow (which is not common), you can start by wearing them at home to test your flow, or use them as a backup to a cup or tampon on your heaviest days.
Most customers wear them for 8 to 12 hours. You can put a fresh pair on in the morning and go about your entire day, or wear a pair to sleep for a full night of leak-free rest.
