Refund & Return Policy

At Fayoraa, hygiene is our top priority. Because period panties are intimate wear, we maintain strict standards to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product.

1. Hygiene & Returns Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened or the hygiene seal has been broken. We do not resell returned items. This ensures that every pair of Fayoraa panties you receive is 100% sanitary and safe.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items (The Exception)
We take quality control seriously, but mistakes can happen. We offer a Free Replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received a different size/style than what you ordered.

How to Claim:
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Take clear photos/video of the defect or wrong item.
  2. Email us at support@fayoraa.com with your Order ID and images.
  3. Once verified by our team, we will dispatch a replacement immediately.

3. Cancellations

  • Pre-Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@fayoraa.com
  • Cancellation Fee: Please note that a flat cancellation fee of ₹80 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover payment gateway and processing charges.
  • Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our courier partner.

4. Refunds
For approved cancellations, refunds are processed to your original payment source (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
