2. Product Information
We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our products accurately. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
  • We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking).
  • No COD: We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery services. All orders must be prepaid.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of M/S VIVID EXCHANGES. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
Fayoraa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
